Tar Heel WR Greg Little Debut for Cleveland Browns

North Carolina Tar Heel Greg Little made his NFL debut today (Sept 11, 2011) for the Cleveland Browns today with 1 catch for 12 yards. Little was not a starter for the Browns in their opener, but he has been performing well in preseason workouts and games, and is expected by many Fantasy Football experts to become Cleveland’s third starting wide receiver soon.

The staff here at TarHeelsFootball.com has shocked FFL league players across the country by drafting Greg Little as a bench player for use in later weeks this season. Little paired with Tar Heel WR Hakeem Nicks should be a winning combination as Little gets comfortable in the Browns offense and with promising young QB Colt McCoy.

Best of luck Greg Little! Tar Heels everyone are pulling for you!

12 Tar Heel Players will miss the Georgia Tech ACC Opener

12 Tar Heel football players will miss today’s game against Georgia Tech in Chapel Hill, NC.  Among the players missing the ACC opener are NFL prospects Marvin Austin, Greg Little, Ryan Houston, Robert Quinn, Kendric Burney, and Deunta Williams.

The only Tar Heel returning to action this week, who missed the season opener against LSU, will be starting running back Shaun Draughn.

In a season where the Tar Heels’ defense was supposed to be one of the best in the country, for their second game of this season and their first conference game, most of its defensive stars will remain sidelined.
